Job description

Are you an experienced RMN ready for a new role? Our client is seeking a Monday-Friday Community Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager to join their Specialist Contract Division in Bristol. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and support individuals with complex mental health needs. This comes with a salary up to £50,000 per year and some amazing benefits!


This role offers a competitive salary range up to £50,000 and you'll also enjoy 28 days of annual leave, paid mileage, annual bonuses, wellbeing days and exceptional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clinical leadership to frontline staff.
  2. Lead infection control protocols and manage communicable diseases.
  3. Respond to staff, service users, and stakeholders regarding clinical standards.
  4. Guide staff in maintaining clinical and non-clinical care standards.
  5. Implement improvements to meet and exceed CQC standards.
  6. Plan care delivery beyond support worker capabilities.
  7. Educate service users towards autonomy and independence.

Package and Benefits:

The Community Case Manager (RMN) will receive:

  1. Annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal Community Case Manager (RMN) will have:

  1. A Registered Mental Health Qualification and valid NMC Pin.
  2. Leadership and Management Qualification.
  3. Extensive knowledge of clinical governance and CQC standards.
  4. Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating care.
  5. Understanding of health and social care legislation and policies.
  6. Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills.
  7. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance.
  8. Skills in mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff.
