Cera is seeking a community carer to support clients across East Ayrshire, including Kilmarnock and nearby towns. No prior experience required, just a big heart and a willingness to help others.

You will provide personal care, help with medications and meals, and travel between visits in clients’ own homes. The role offers flexible shifts (mornings to nights) with weekends off every other week, plus enhanced benefits such as mileage payments, pension, and a company mobile phone.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Right to work in the UK required; SVQ2 funded by employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication support and meal assistance in clients' homes.
• Travel between client visits as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate changes to care managers.
