Community Carer Role

Being a Community Carer is a rewarding role, focused on supporting individuals in our community to stay in their own homes. As a Community Carer, you will be:

1. Providing personal care and support in clients' own homes, including assistance with washing, dressing, and food preparation.
2. Administering medication in line with a client's care plan. Full training will be provided.
3. Ensuring all documentation is promptly maintained and recorded.
4. Supporting clients to enjoy life and remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible.

You will be supported by a friendly and passionate office team ready to help whenever you need them.
