Job summary

NursePlus Care at Home is hiring Community Care Workers in Plymouth. The role supports individuals in their own homes with multiple shifts, offering up to 30.26 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available. Training is provided, and progression opportunities exist within a local team.

The job focuses on keeping clients safe, comfortable and independent, through personal care, meal support, medications, and companionship. A driving licence and DBS check are required.

Community Care Worker – Plymouth

At NursePlus Care at Home, we are looking for caring and reliable people to support individuals in their own homes across Plymouth.

You may already have experience in care, be returning to work or be looking for a completely new direction. What matters most is that you are compassionate, dependable and genuinely want to make a difference. We will provide the training, support and flexibility you need to succeed.

You will be helping people to remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. That might include providing personal care, supporting with medication, helping with meals and daily routines, or simply offering companionship and reassurance. It is a varied role where the small things can make a real difference.

We have both full-time and part-time hours available, with morning shifts from 7.00am to 2.00pm and evening shifts from 4.00pm to 10.00pm. The work is local and consistent, supporting regular clients across the Plymouth area.
