We’re hiring Community Care Workers in your local area. If you’re caring, committed, and energetic, then we want you on our team!
It is essential that you have a full, current driving license and access to a vehicle. The role involves a rolling 7-day rota including weekends, requiring you to work three 7-hour shifts each week on a flexible basis.
You will be paid £12.25 per hour for contracted hours, with part-time or full-time options to fit your schedule.
Our base is in the Rhymney area of Cardiff, offering a variety of routes from this location.

You will support individuals in their own homes to live independently and offer companionship. Your role will make a real difference and be a valued part of someone’s day.
We offer learning and development opportunities to support your career growth, including technical training and leadership development. As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification; we will support you through this, and your training time will be paid.
