Location: Covering Honiton, Sidmouth, Ottery St Mary & surrounding areas (Office based in Dunkeswell)
Position: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week contract
Salary: £27,000 per year

We’re looking for a confident and caring Community Care Supervisor to inspire and support our brilliant team, uphold exceptional care standards, and help shape the future of care in our communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting and supervising a team of care professionals
Conducting regular spot checks and competency assessments
Creating and maintaining person-centred care plans
Providing direct care for at least 15 hours a week and covering shifts when needed
Taking part in the on-call rota (minimum one full week per month)
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and Beehive’s core values
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in domiciliary/home care
Confident in conducting staff assessments and resolving conflicts
Fluent in written and spoken English
Organised, professional, and resilient with a strong work ethic
UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Local to the coverage area and able to respond quickly to emergencies
Flexible with availability, including on-call responsibilities
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Knowledge of CQC regulations and care planning software
Experienced with safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, and managing risk
Comfortable with basic IT tools and rostering systems
