What we offer our Care Assistants:

  • Competitive hourly rates £14.20p/h weekdays and £14.40p/h weekends
  • Enhancement on bank holidays
  • Mileage pay at 40p per mile

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
  • Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
  • Commit to attending a 3-day training course
  • Live locally to Bishop's Stortford, Braintree and surrounding areas
  • Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance

However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
