The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Community Care Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding practice in the heart of Reading, Berkshire.

In this role, you will collaborate primarily with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to address social care and health issues within Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). While your main focus will be on SEN matters, you will also work with clients beyond children and young adults. The role involves cooperation with teams across Education, Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, and Court of Protection.
