Each CAREGiver is carefully selected to suit our clients' personalities, interests, and needs. You will help to enrich the lives of our clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes. The role includes a range of services from meaningful companionship to non-medical personal care, tailored to each client. Home Instead offers minimum one-hour visits, ensuring that CAREGivers are not rushed and can provide person-centered care.
No prior experience or specific qualifications are required to become a CAREGiver. Industry-leading training will be provided.
You should have a passion for supporting others, and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential. You should enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time with others.
You must be willing to follow company guidelines regarding COVID-19 and safe PPE practices. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with regular hours.
