We are looking for care assistants to join our team to work flexibly across our domiciliary care service based in Chelmsford.
Successful candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car for work.
To provide a service that enables service users to live in their own homes safely and securely, following company policies and procedures, and observing and respecting their dignity, privacy, and independence as far as practical.
Care Assistants must communicate effectively with service users to understand their needs and requirements, and also with family, friends, and healthcare professionals.

The service we provide may involve complex personal care and household management tailored to each service user’s care plan. Duties include assisting with tasks specific to each person's needs.
