Job summary

Nurseplus Care at home is hiring a Community Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes with personal care, nutrition, medication assistance and companionship. You will work to meet each client’s individual care plan, promoting independence and dignity in a home-based setting.

We offer mandatory, industry-leading training aligned to the Care Certificate and Core Skills, with ongoing development opportunities and the Blue Light Card.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS required (applied for upon registration).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with nutritional needs and meal planning.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor wellbeing.
• Offer companionship and social engagement in line with care plans.
