A Care Assistant with Home Instead is someone who has a kind and compassionate heart, and wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for seniors. Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests. You will enjoy building professional and respectful friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others with the ability to adapt in order to meet client’s needs.
As a full-time Care Assistant, you will have guaranteed contracted hours. Flexibility is required regarding your working hours, including availability for alternative weekends and a minimum of two evenings per week.
Your tasks will include:
No specific experience or qualifications are required, but experience with older people is beneficial. A driving license and access to your own vehicle for work purposes are advantageous, especially as the role involves community-based care.
