  • Monday - Friday: £11.90/hour
  • Saturday & Sunday: £12.60/hour
  • Bank Holiday: £13.00/hour

Additional: 35p mileage, part-time & full-time shifts available

Role Overview:

Our Community Care Assistants perform vital tasks that support clients in living safely and comfortably at home, following personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and continence care.
  • Health Monitoring: Support medication management and report health changes.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Help with feeding if needed.
  • Companionship: Engage clients socially to reduce loneliness.
  • Care Plan Implementation: Follow tailored care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records and report concerns promptly.
