Job Description:

Pay Rate:

Monday - Friday - £11.90 per hour

Saturday & Sunday - £12.60 per hour

Bank Holiday: £13.00 per hour

PLUS 35p mileage

Shifts available: Range of shifts available - part time & full time.

What you'll do

Our community care assistants support clients in living safer, supported lives at home, following personalised care plans. Responsibilities include:

Personal Care:
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care
  • Help with toileting, continence care, incontinence management
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
Health Monitoring:
  • Medication management
  • Report health or behaviour changes
Daily Living Assistance:
  • Assist with feeding if needed
Companionship and Emotional Support:
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
Care Plan Implementation:
  • Follow individual care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family
Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure safe home environment
  • Follow health and safety protocols
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Report concerns promptly
