Job description

We are currently recruiting experienced and committed Community Care Assistants - Home Care Assistants to deliver quality care to clients who require specialised end of life care within their own homes, the work is based throughout the Sheffield area.

As part of the home care team, you will be required to administer medication or assist clients with medication. You must be able to demonstrate your experience in working with clients and medication, and have a full understanding of electronic recording systems including controlled pain relief.

As an experienced Community Care Assistant with a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle, you will be paid £12.25 - £13.25 (depending on experience) per hour with an extra £1.50 per call. Specialised training will be provided and you will be paid for your Shadow Shifts. You can also expect to receive other benefits from Precedo Healthcare:
