Job summary

Bee's Care Ltd is recruiting compassionate, reliable Community Care Assistants to support people in their own homes in Peterborough and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers paid training and ongoing support to develop your skills and confidence.

You will travel to clients’ homes, assist with personal care, meals, medication support and companionship, with shift patterns across early to evening hours.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience welcomed but not essential.
• A Care Certificate or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes across Peterborough and surrounding areas to provide tailored care.
• Support personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare meals and help with everyday household tasks.
• Provide medication support in line with training and care plans.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Record care provided and report changes or concerns.

• Shift patternsOur shift periods are: 7am–2pm
• 7am–6pm
• 2pm–10pm
• 5pm–10pm
