Job summary

Bee’s Care Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will travel to clients’ homes, provide personal care, meals and companionship, and help maintain independence.

We offer paid training, ongoing development, and support to help you progress in care. Shifts include early, day, evening, and alternate weekends, with benefits such as mileage allowance and 28 days leave.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes across Peterborough and surrounding areas to provide tailored care.
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Prepare meals and help with daily tasks.
• Provide medication support per training and care plans.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; promote independence and wellbeing.
• Record care provided and report changes or concerns.

Bee’s Care Ltd is recruiting compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to support people in their own homes. Whether you have care experience or are starting a new career, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Our shift periods are:

• 7am–2pm
• 7am–6pm
• 2pm–10pm
• 5pm–10pm

Please tell us which shift patterns you can work when applying. Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends.

About the role

You will travel to people’s homes across Peterborough and surrounding areas, providing care tailored to their needs. Your duties may include:
