My Homecare Bristol provides quality community care across North Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We’re a friendly, supportive, and growing team that values our staff and the amazing work they do.

We’re expanding our My Homecare family of carers and looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join us across Bradley Stoke, Filton, Patchway, Little Stoke, Horfield, Thornbury, and Kingswood. Join a team that truly values you and the difference you make every day.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate by nature and able to support clients.
• Good communication skills for positive interactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to adapt quickly to clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their homes and communities across Bristol.
• Provide quality community care and companionship.
• Follow care plans and report changes.
• Complete required training and development.

What We Offer

Competitive pay (£12.21 – £15.00/hour)
45p mileage allowance
Flexible hours (evenings and weekends available)
Guaranteed hour contracts
£100 joining bonus after successful probation
