Training and qualifications

Role details

This role is open to applicants who meet the requirements and based in Liverpool, UK. You will be recruited to a dedicated care team operating in:

• Anfield & Walton (L4)
• Croxteth and Norris Green (L11)
• Old Swan & Stoneycroft (L13)
• West Derby (L12)
• Dovecot (L14)
• Stocksbridge Village (L28)

Shift information and pay are described below. We offer full-time and part-time options.

Compensation, shifts and benefits

• Pay: £12.82 p/hr (drivers).
• Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers.
• Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.
• Working pattern aligned to shift patterns, including early starts, late evenings and weekend work.
• 2-week rota: alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday; evenings as agreed within your working hours.
• Benefits: Fully funded DBS; Paid induction training (1 week classroom-based, 2 days shadowing, additional online modules); Training development (funded Level 2 and other accredited courses); Holiday pay; Employee Assistance Programme (EAP); Union membership (optional) through GMB.

Hours and pattern

As a Care Assistant we will agree your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes:

• Early starts and late shifts as outlined above.
