Community Care Assistant

Rustington/ Littlehampton area

£13.13 weekdays, £13.64 after 7pm

Weekends £15.66

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team, with natural progression in the care industry. We welcome applicants with no prior care experience and will provide additional training and support to ensure you are confident and comfortable in your new role. Your role

Your role will be to deliver a high quality of care to our clients in their own home, this may include medication management (assisting and administrating), personal care and hygiene, helping with duties around the house, and being an emotional support.

Who will you be helping to make life better for?

Prestige Nursing & Care Worthing are seeking dedicated and passionate Home Care Assistants to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.

We are looking for Home Care Assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

How will you be helping our clients?

We're looking for:

• 3 months' paid experience in care, not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A driver's licence & own car is essential.
• Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
