Job summary

Bluebird Care Barking is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across London. You will work as part of our expert team, delivering high-quality in-home care with a person-centered approach.

The role requires reliable, empathetic individuals with strong communication and the ability to follow care plans. Driving is desirable; sponsorship is not offered. Training and ongoing development are provided.

• Driving licence with access to own car is desirable.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide high quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
• Assist with personal care - bathing, dressing & grooming
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Working Hours:

• Mornings: 7am - 2pm
• Evenings: 4pm - 10pm
• Long Days: 7am - 10pm

Alternate weekends are required unless you're willing to work long days during weekdays

Pay Rates & Benefits:

• £12.90 per hour

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car is desirable
• Males and females are welcome to apply
