Job summary

Radfield Home Care (UK) in Chippenham is seeking a Community Care Assistant to support older people in their own homes. No prior experience required; a warm personality and good values matter most. You must be 18+, hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK.

DBS checks and references will be required. The role offers guaranteed 35 hours weekly and a salary of £24,000–£26,000 per year, with benefits including paid travel time, mileage, flexible

• You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
• The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.

• Care for older people in their own homes as part of Radfield Home Care Chippenham.
• Support with daily living tasks and enable independence in the local community.
• Commit to high-quality, person-centred care and reliable attendance.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent service delivery.
