Job summary

Radfield Home Care in Chippenham is seeking a friendly Care Assistant to join our community care team. The role offers guaranteed 35 hours per week with a salary from £24,000 to £26,000 per year, and the chance to make ageing a more enjoyable experience.

No previous experience is required; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, plus the right to work in the UK. DBS check will be completed as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and observations.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of service.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Chippenham as a Community Care Assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
