Job summary

Radfield Home Care Chippenham is seeking a Community Care Assistant to join a family‑run team delivering personalised in‑home care. You’ll be 18+, hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and work a guaranteed 35 hours per week.

No prior experience is required, and DBS checks and references will be completed as part of the process. Salary is £24,000–£26,000 per annum, with paid mileage and travel time, flexible working hours, holiday pay and pension.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Chippenham as a Community Care Assistant.
A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
