Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites experienced midwives to join the new Community Birth Team. You will shape service delivery from the ground up, support women choosing home or community births, and work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

You will help implement a flexible staffing and on-call model, focus on normal physiology, informed choice and continuity of care across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal pathways.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in facilitating physiological labour and birth.
