Are you a compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated female carer to support Adults and Children in their own home.

Shifts Available:

1. Monday - Sunday:
2. 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3. 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 - 48 per week
Guaranteed hour contracts available!

Your Responsibilities:

1. Encourage and assist in maintaining good personal hygiene
2. Support daily living activities to promote independence
3. Implement tailored care plans under the supervision of our clinical team
4. Monitor and report changes in health to healthcare professionals
5. Maintain accurate records of care and progress
6. Administer medication
7. Promote the use of mobility aids and adaptive equipment
8. Work as part of a dedicated care team

What We're Looking For:

1. A valid UK driving licence - Essential due to shift times and travel requirements
2. Strong communication & IT skills for record-keeping
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
