A leading mental health organization in Maidstone is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join their Adult Eating Disorders service. The role requires full GMC registration, and experience with eating disorders is preferred. Responsibilities include working within multidisciplinary teams, providing senior medical support, and supervising junior doctors. We are currently recruiting for an Adult Consultant Psychiatrist position in the Kent All Age Eating Disorder (AAED) service based at The Courtyard, Pudding Lane, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1PA.
This is a replacement, substantive, full-time post - 10 PAs with 7.5 PA DCC and 2.5 SPA. This post is currently vacant, and we wish to recruit to this post as soon as possible.
You will join another full-time substantive Adult Consultant Psychiatrist, 2.8wte CAMHS Consultants, 0.4wte Paediatrician, and 1wte CAMHS Core Trainee within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.
