A community mental health service provider in Manchester is looking for an Administrative Support professional. Responsibilities include providing efficient administrative services, managing incoming referrals, handling communications, and maintaining records using the PARIS system. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and organizational abilities. The role offers opportunities for personal development in a vibrant community setting.
To provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the Community Mental Health Team, carrying out all administrative tasks related to the role. This includes answering telephone calls from patients, relatives, and clinical staff to ensure a smooth mental health service, along with various administrative duties as directed by your Line Manager.
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held a continuous Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.
