Job summary

Community Action Suffolk is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead a talented team delivering high quality, person‑centred services to VCFSE organisations across Suffolk.

You will support, develop and manage staff, engage stakeholders, and motivate colleagues to ensure the voluntary sector thrives. The role is part‑time, hybrid (one day remote) and permanent. Disability Confident principles are embedded in the role.

• Experience as a manager delivering services to VCFSE organisations.
