We are reshuffling the pack in Communities and are looking to appoint an ace to lead and inspire as our new Communities Team Leader.

In a nutshell, we want someone who has the people skills and vision to provide positive, effective, and innovative leadership to the Communities Service.
On top of that, we need someone to manage the delivery of an effective, customer-focused tenancy and estate management service which responds directly to customer demand. You'll manage an agile team who work out in our communities, encouraging customer engagement opportunities and feedback to ensure the shaping of our services, continuous development, and improvement.

Depending on where you live, the successful candidate can be based out of either Castle Donington, DE74 2SA, or Daventry, NN11 8PB. Please note that the higher salary reflects the market supplement added for our southern base location.
