You are truly customer-focused and ready to deliver a broad range of services to our customers across the Daventry, Northamptonshire area.
Using your practical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you'll provide a customer-focused approach while supporting the work of the Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse Coordinators and Homechoices team. You will collaborate with external partners to enhance and support wider community needs.
Far from being bound to your desk, you'll be equipped with technology to work effectively in the community.
This role offers a platform to showcase your housing background and skills gained in tenancy matters, including sign-ups, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, domestic abuse issues, and court attendance.

Your weekly hours would be 37, Monday to Friday, paid monthly. You will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days at Christmas. We also offer flexibility around business needs.
