Job Title: Technical Communications Specialist - Bilingual requirement (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish)
We are seeking a Technical Communications Specialist to join our client who are in the Insurance industry. This role involves engaging with domestic and international partners, serving as the subject matter expert on key IT services and technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will develop communication materials, training resources, job aids, and customer satisfaction surveys, assisting with process improvement and ensuring successful integration of partners. Multilingual proficiency is highly valued, with preferred languages including Dutch, Castilian Spanish, Italian, Portuguese/Brazilian, Polish, and others.
