Consumers International is the only global membership organisation bringing together over 200 member organisations in more than 100 countries to empower and champion the rights of consumers. They work with different Members and partners across national borders to address critical, systemic global issues that impact and involve consumers.
Job Title: Interim Communications Specialist
Contract Type: 1–2-month fixed term contract, Full time.
Location: Remote, Global
Reports to: Head of Communications and Membership
In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling content across Consumers International’s Fair Finance area of work. This will be across a broad range of communication channels including their website, social media, materials, and externally placed opinion pieces. You will also play a leadership role in developing the communications strategy for Fair Finance, providing strategic oversight to the design, delivery, and evaluation of their work, as well as implementing KPIs to ensure they are delivered effectively to their audience and members. You will join up three components of their work: transparency, consumer voice, and their Fair Digital Finance Accelerator - with a focus on their consumer voice profile.
