About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Communications Senior Specialist to join our communications team at St. James’s Place. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering our content strategy across a wide range of channels, helping us engage, inform, and inspire our employees, Partners, and clients. Your creativity and attention to detail will help bring the SJP culture and strategy to life—supporting key business goals through high-quality, meaningful content.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and deliver engaging content in line with our content strategy.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content across digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to source, shape, and refine content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, compliant, and aligned with SJP’s tone of voice and strategic narrative.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce multimedia assets.
  • Manage multiple content streams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the delivery of good outcomes for customers by aligning communications with Consumer Duty requirements.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident communicator and strong copywriter who can craft content that connects with a variety of audiences. You’ll be highly organized, proactive, and thrive under pressure, comfortable working independently or collaboratively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and grammar expertise.
  • Demonstrable experience in content creation across online and offline platforms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud, and delivering multi-channel communications.
  • Knowledge of audience engagement needs across internal and external stakeholders.
  • A recognized qualification in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
