About the Role
Job Title: Communication and Engagement Junior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Communication Strategies: Oversee social media channels, craft internal and external communication plans, and produce regular bulletins and newsletters to increase engagement and outreach.
- Coordinate Events and Stakeholder Activities: Maintain stakeholder databases, organise events, monitor communications inboxes, and provide administrative support for programme-related activities.
- Support Project Planning and Delivery: Contribute to project management efforts, optimise resource allocation, and deliver detailed progress reports and analyses.
- Drive Collaboration and Consistency: Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and alignment with programme objectives.
- Managing Social Media: Running multiple accounts, creating tailored content, and using analytics tools.
- Public Outreach: Organising public-facing events, designing surveys, and fostering engagement.
Experience and Skills Required
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts and platforms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong ability to create engaging and tailored content for diverse audiences and communication channels.
- Expertise in crafting compelling copy for various communication platforms.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of campaigns and digital channels.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website development.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with organizations to deliver consistent messaging.
- Competence in commissioning and overseeing content production.
- Proven ability to plan and manage workshops and meetings (in-person and online).
- Experience in engaging with diverse public groups, patients, or service users.
- Skills in organizing public-facing events and designing/analyzing surveys.
- Understanding of the public sector and relevant processes.
- Ability to establish and implement internal procedures and processes to improve efficiency.
