A leading B-Corp independent media agency is looking for their next Planning Director. They believe that in an ever-changing media landscape, it is important to focus on making brands more meaningful to their consumers.

The clients you will work with are consumer-facing and operate in crowded markets where standing out is crucial. They trust their agency to innovate and rapidly grow brand awareness and sales. The agency is highly progressive, embracing both digital and offline channels.

Key note: this agency does not have a separate strategy team. As part of the comms planning unit, this team builds both media strategies and campaign-focused communications plans. This role will significantly develop your skills as a strategic media planner, enabling you to grow quickly and take on more responsibility.

About the opportunity:

  • Managing 3 key clients, projects, and delivering first-class service through innovative media solutions.
  • Creating industry-leading communication (media) plans to meet client business targets.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and continually optimizing client communication plans.
  • Taking ownership and overseeing Account Executive(s) to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
  • Collaborating with specialist activation teams.

  • Strong knowledge of all media channels, including digital.
