Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, motivated, talented individual to assist with maintaining our JAG accreditation. The post holder will work effectively across our 2 sites and alongside the senior team within Endoscopy. Working hours will be between 8am-5pm, Monday-Saturday, across Bournemouth & Poole.

Main duties include:

  1. Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Endoscopy Leadership Team.
  2. Maintaining the Global Rating Scale to meet standards related to Clinical Quality, Patient Experience, and Workforce Training in preparation for GRS and JAG inspections.
  3. Acting as a point of contact to ensure staff training and competencies are current.
  4. Supporting the delivery of JAG accreditation by compiling audit data and staying updated with JAG requirements.

Qualifications include GCSE 9-4 (A-C) in Maths and English. Essential experience involves office and administrative procedures, with desirable experience in Endoscopy units.
