Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a University who are looking to appoint a Communications Officer on a four month temporary contract to join their Student Engagement team.

The role is a part time role (2 days pw) and can be completed on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities

• Building email communication using a HTML template builder to send information to students
• Collating data and content into existing templates before proof reading and sending out
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting on email comms
• Dealing with initial queries from the shared inbox
• Updating internal databases and records

Experience / Qualifications

• Essential experience required in building email communication

Working hours

• 14 hours per week
• Flexible hours and days
