The Leprosy Mission International is calling you.

We're looking for a Communications Officer who will lead our global online presence, shape stories that change hearts, and support a worldwide movement working to defeat leprosy and transform lives.

What You'll Do

1. Be the voice of TLM International across our website and social media
2. Create compelling digital content, from videos to visuals to written pieces
3. Manage and grow our online community, keeping it strategic and vibrant
4. Keep our international website sharp, fresh, and mission-focused
5. Support teams across the globe with communications resources and training
6. Coordinate impactful campaigns like the Global Day of Prayer
7. Be the digital guardian of our ResourceSpace, our global asset library
8. Help bring cutting-edge leprosy research to life for wider audiences
9. Work closely with internal teams and external creatives (designers, printers, videographers)

What You Bring

1. Outstanding writing and editing skills, especially for web and social media
2. Digital design & video creation skills (Canva lovers, this is for you!)
3. SEO-savvy and social media fluent (Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube)
4. Organized, self-starting, and collaborative
5. A strong Christian faith; this is a genuine occupational requirement as you'll be creating faith-based content

Location

Brentford, London with hybrid flexibility. Work remotely up to 3 days a week.
