Our organisation is our people, and the qualities they bring to their roles.About the role:Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with a collaborative and enthusiastic team to deliver compelling content and meaningful campaigns. You’ll help shape how we connect with our communities, raise awareness of our work, and support the wider organisation to share their stories.What You’ll Do - Develop a process for ensuring the great work done in our services can be promoted throughout our internal and external communications channels- Maintain and develop our new website, ensuring it’s kept up to date and that we consistently put out new content for our audiences- Lead on the delivery of key internal communications channels, helping to foster and develop a great culture- Support the Media and Policy Officer in increasing the impact of our media work and creating content and materials to support our policy campaigns.We’re Looking ForSomeone who’s organised, enthusiastic and a strong communicator - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the idea of supporting a mission-driven team.
