Job Description:

Working as part of the marketing team, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of marketing campaigns targeting three audiences: commissioners, parents/careers/individuals, and fundraisers. Your goal is to increase awareness of the Society's work and support the marketing and senior management teams in achieving targets related to referrals and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation and Management: Develop high-impact content for online and offline platforms, including case studies, brochures, promotional campaigns, blogs, articles, web copy, and information packs.
  2. Media and Public Relations: Respond to media inquiries, brief journalists, advise senior staff on responses, and proactively identify media opportunities.
  3. Editorial and Quality Control: Ensure all content adheres to brand and style guidelines, is of high editorial quality, and is accessible online. Proofread colleagues' submissions before publication.
  4. Content Planning and Promotion: Contribute to content planning, scheduling, and promotional activities aligned with organisational priorities.
