Communications Officer (Grads welcome) - Bracknell/Hybrid - 12 Months - £18 ph

A global agriculture company is looking for a Communications Officer to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will have a passion for Marketing with a particular focus on communications. Grads welcome.

Responsibilities
  • Support compelling communications content to engage stakeholders
  • Support editorial and communication digital tools that support company communications, including appropriate social media, video, podcasts, e-newsletters, news source channels
  • Monitor metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness
Skills/Experience
  • Able to develop communication plans and campaigns, with an output to deliver results
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Technical capabilities with Microsoft Office programs (ie Word, PowerPoint, Teams); willingness to learn digital tools such as Zoom, Staffbase, and Sharepoint
  • Ability to work within a Matrix in a complex global organization, and across different functions, in a diverse and changing environment
  • Learn and understand editorial style and branding practices
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in-person and virtually
