Position Summary
Thales Canada is looking for a Communications / Naval Combat Systems Engineer to support its Non-Combatant In-Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy.
The Naval Combat Systems Engineer is responsible for engineering support of Naval Combat Systems including but not limited to :
This support consists of planning, overseeing and executing engineering tasks within time and cost constraints to meet the Key Performance Indicators in accordance with Thales quality and commercial guidelines.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is 886,138.88 - 116,785.73 - 154,432.71 CAD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
