What you'll be doing

• Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, speeches, and internal communications
• Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone and guidelines
• Manage media relations, including press events, inquiries, and coverage tracking
• Support internal communication efforts—maintaining intranet, planning town halls, and staff engagement
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans across digital and offline platforms
• Collaborate across teams to support campaigns, fundraising, and volunteer recruitment
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and market research to inform strategy
• Track communication projects and maintain editorial calendars

What we're looking for

• Diploma level and above in Communications/ Marketing/ Journalism or related studies
• 1 - 3 years of experience in media engagement and internal communications, preferably within healthcare/ social service setting
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficient in digital communications platforms and tools
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting is a plus
