What you do

The Communications team is responsible for developing, protecting, and reinforcing the image and reputation of Allianz Partners' brand(s), products, and leaders. This involves growing the brand, managing reputation, and organizing internal and external initiatives to implement the communications strategy.

Join the Allianz Partners UK & IR Communications team as a Communications Manager!

Key responsibilities:

  1. Support the local Managing Director and Leadership Team by defining and executing a communications strategy aligned with brand, business, and people objectives.
  2. Develop and implement internal and external communication plans across all channels (Intranet, website, media relations, social media) in line with the Group strategy.
  3. Communicate the Group vision, strategy, and figures effectively through various channels.
  4. Coach and train local spokespersons following Group standards.
  5. Manage the local communications budget.
  6. Collaborate with the local communications team and Regional Head of Communications.
  7. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  8. Monitor local reputation and adhere to Group press and crisis policies.

What you bring

  • Native English speaker with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Experience in content creation and delivery across multiple channels.
  • Strong autonomy and time management skills.
  • Digital and design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, O365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude, and ability to motivate stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with ideas to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement.
