We’re Hiring: Communications Manager

Location: East of England near Suffolk

Our client is looking for a maternity cover (12 months) Communications Manager to help keep their teams informed, engaged, and inspired every day. You will need to be available with maximum 1 months notice!

What you’ll do:

Develop and deliver engaging internal communication strategies

Write clear, compelling content for emails, newsletters, intranet, and leadership messages

Partner with leaders to craft messaging that drives alignment and supports change

Manage internal events and help build a thriving, connected culture

Measure impact and continually improve how they communicate

What you bring:

5+ years’ experience in internal or corporate communications

A knack for storytelling and simplifying complex ideas

Excellent writing and editing skills

Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills

Experience in fast-paced or dynamic environments a plus!
