Communications Lead - SAP S/4 Hana Implementation
Location: London - Hybrid working
Contract Duration: 12 months
Reports To: Change Management Lead
Are you a strategic and creative communicator who thrives in complex transformation environments? We're looking for a Communications Lead to join a high-impact ERP programme and play a critical role in driving engagement, clarity, and alignment across our consumer services client.
As the Communications Lead, you will develop and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy that supports the successful rollout of our enterprise-wide ERP system, in this case SAP S/4 Hana. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how change is communicated and understood, ensuring that stakeholders are informed, connected, and ready.
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the ERP programme communications strategy
Identify communication needs across diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, employees, vendors, and business units.
Produce engaging and accessible communications including newsletters, presentations, FAQs, emails, videos, and intranet content.
Tailor messages for different audiences while maintaining consistency in tone and branding.
Plan and support ERP-related events, such as town halls and roadshows.
Candidate Experience:
Proven experience in communications within large-scale transformation or ERP programme, ideally SAP S/4 Hana
Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple communication channels and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Comfortable working at pace and with ambiguity
This programme of work is likely to kick off at the start of summer and so we are able to consider candidates either immediately available, available from June, or on a 4 week maximum notice period.
