Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with an option for a 1-year industrial placement / sandwich year.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (with an eye for storytelling).
• Strong digital and social media fluency.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to give new challenges a try.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our internal digital channels and help populate our external digital channels (social media, website).
• Coordinate editorial scheduling across our platforms.
• Get involved in content creation and storytelling for selected campaigns.
• Work with third-party agencies on targeted communications projects.
• Curate, design, and issue our weekly internal newsletter.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams that require communications expertise.
• Support key administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, scheduling team meetings, and helping the Head of Communications coordinate events.
• Act as an active corporate brand ambassador.
• Monitor and manage the daily Communications team email inbox.
