Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Executive based in Bicester, working with one of the UK's leading emerging brands in its industry.

The role focuses on leading internal communications across multiple brands and providing marketing support. Currently, there is no cohesive internal communications strategy, so you will have the opportunity to help develop it.

We are seeking a strong writer capable of creating compelling content for various digital and offline channels. Creative skills are essential; experience with design tools like Canva is preferred, but training can be provided if necessary. A desire to learn and the ability to produce attractive content are crucial.

Ideally, candidates will have one to two years of marketing or communications experience, an outgoing personality, and enjoy engaging with people. Your responsibilities will include writing content, creating newsletters, supporting company events, designing invitations, and developing ideas to boost employee engagement.

This company does not offer remote working, so being onsite is necessary. The location is near Bicester, accessible via public transport, and ideally suited for residents of Bicester, Aylesbury, Oxford, Banbury, Brackley, Buckingham, or Milton Keynes.
