Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.

What exactly will you be doing?

As a Communications Executive you will deliver clear, consistent and engaging communications to Customers, Training Providers, Assessment Venues and Employers that positively influence their journey from initial engagement through to long-lasting relationships. Working collaboratively with the Customer Experience team and Marketing Services, you will deliver and optimise communication strategies throughout the customer or partner lifecycle, ensuring key touchpoints keep them informed and engaged, and enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.

Major objectives

You will deliver communications that anticipate customer or partner needs at each lifecycle stage, and ensure they have a cohesive and engaging experience that leads to satisfaction in and advocacy for the AAT brand and its products and services. Monitoring the impact of communications on behaviour, satisfaction levels and performance targets, you will adapt them to cultivate a seamless and consistent experience throughout their AAT journey.

What are we looking for?

  1. Email marketing and campaign management experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuading skills.
  5. Understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms.
  6. Holds A Level in Business or Communications.
